Access to all kinds of tools again

I just reenrolled in college.

I have 8 classes left for my BS in technology. One of the perks is access to a full machine shop. I loved using it 3-4 years ago when I was last in school. They have everything - breaks, shears, lathes, mills, everything. I know how to use every single one of them too, took all kinds of classes on them.

I'm going to have fun.

I didn't take advantage of our shop at davis . After being in a well run woodshop in hs, this one was dumb. Too many restrictions and safety issues to go through for personal use.

Yeah, last time I was in school they let me do whatever I wanted. I knew how to run all the machines before I even took the class, so I spent most of my time teaching people how to use them. Teacher loved me because she didn't have to work as hard.

Dude, thats totally cool, take massive advantage of it while you can. I'm working on owning all that equipment and as you know it's expensive as hell and takes years to aquire.
