I don't know, they are very strong. Billet aluminum kicks ass! I have a power steering bracket from them and once I set it in place, I never had to mess with it ever again.

But if the mud worries you, then just go with a stock setup off of a 454.

The brackets don't worry me, its the pulleys. I think the small rocks would drive into the aluminum. That is what happened to my serp belt setup on the truck now. The pulleys still have rocks embedded in them now, I couldn't get them out.

ahh...

You could still use the March brackets but with the stock steel pulleys.
