Hi,
I found some nice 1985 Suburban bucket seats, with no armrests. Can I get some armrests from a similar style factory seat and bolt them on? Is it easy to add armrests to these seats? Basically I was wondering if all the frames on these buckets have the armrest holes drilled in them (but just not being used in the ones I found). I can't cut the vinyl on the seats I found to check the framing, since I haven't bought them from the fellow yet.

As an example, I found these seats, but with no armrests.

hmm. thats a good question, wish i could answer. ive never thought about weather all the seat frames are the same or not and i've never torn one apart.

Not sure on your question but I do know the burb seats mount differently than a blazer so if you have a blazer you might want to check into how you'll mount them first.

Thanks on the mounting tip. The seats will be going from Burb to Burb. Still good to know there is a mounting difference.
