Adding power steering to a 72 k5

The k5 ive got didnt come blessed with power steering, but looking through my random parts ive came across a complete unit off of an 80's model 3/4 ton sbc. Other than maybe drilling some mounting holes in the k5 frame, could this setup work for me??
