Aftermarket Alternator bracket install question

so I ordered a new bracket for my 350 SB SWP. went to install it this morning found no instructions so I started guessing and now I am stuck as to where and how I mount this upper arm thing. pictures below. thoughts suggestions?

Ha disregard my stupidity, the braket im holding mounts to the alternator and the arm thingy with eyes goes from the bracket to that open hole on hte front of my intake. i need to find a plug for that unused sensor next to the hole that will sit flush. off to the parts store
