Excuse my ignorance everyone but I haven't been around to much lately. I've been interested in the springer suspension for a year or so and finally have the cash. Only to my HORROR to find out azkickin has closed up shop.

Is anyone else making them now.........whats the update

don't leave me hanging a dollar short and a month late:mad:

ANy advice Thanks everyone

Jesse

Someone brought this up the other day. I believe they changed their URL. You might want to repost the question and ask who knows the new URL.

It's a tough business, I'll tell ya that. I couldn't make it doing only that, thus why I have a job now. :(

Hey Jesse...

Your info is right.... Bill (45acp) has closed up shop. As of now, nobody is making the suspension.

Sorry to be the bearer or bad news....:frown1:

How are your fabrication skills? remember.... there's more than one way to "skin a cat":D

Well thanks for the update Marv :ignore:

maybe someone else will pick it up, as for my fab skills I'd love too if I could get my shop going but (my current apartment has a four prong plug on the dryer and my mig welder wont work, and I can't rewire the 220v in the apartment:mad: ) I'll message you if anything changes, also if anyone happens to start making them again anytime soon shoot me a PM please.

Thanks everyone as usual

Jesse

If you've got a four prong plug on your dryer you've got 220 already. :D You might have to make an adapter, but it should work out.

Or ship me your 220v MIG and I'll send you my 110 v one. :D :D

thats what i did for mine, do a search there was apost about makin a adatper on here a while back, i just used a dryer pig tail, and a outlet box that matched my weldermakes a handy little ext. cord too:D

If there is enough interest and there are no patent issues we might be interested in building the kits. Just a thought:)

is there any special parts to make the springer suspension with the 57's? I looked at it a bit when I first got into lifted trucks, but it looked advanced. How easy would it be to build?
Thanks

Looks like you'd have one guaranteed customer to try out your prototype version.:D ;)

You should pm Cybrfire....from this site...he's been fabbin' some sweet stuff.:thumb: :thumb:
Kert built a beadlock kit for me...he made them to my specs too...

I would be interested in building the suspension system as well as long as their are know patent issues as MOO pointed out.

I know when marv was doing them he did not have a patent. I don't know if bill did get one after he got the nod from marv to profit form his design.
