Location
In my garage
6" fronts, 11 leaf, 49" long, center pin 1.5" forward from stock location.

2.5" rears, 9 leaf, 54" long, center pin located 1.5" back from stock.

New these are $1200 through ORD. I got them from a guy that had 4 runs on them. They've been under my truck a year, but haven't seen any trail. They're a bit dirty.

$500.00

These are awesome for a trail only rig. I cannot in good concience recomend them for a truck that sees any street use. Had I been made aware these springs were that soft I would have saved my money, time and aggravation. Anyways, i'm selling because my junk sees the street more than the trail.

If you want flexy, but aren't ready for 4 links front and rear this is a very good alternative. I did get a forklift under one tire to see how flexy they were...I got 51" under a rear tire and chickened out before a tire lifted. They're easily soft enough that limiting straps would be wise IMO.

Let's see how things pan out...it's not out of the question.

The rears are 54" not 52s or 56s???? My 92 Blazer has 54s, using this with a small block would be better than a huge block. Anyway you could check shipping on both springs?? My zip is 13904....

These are custom spring packs built by Alcan to spec for a K5. They are 54" specifically to correct the shackle angle problem you normally find with lift springs.

Just double checked the center pin location on the rears. It's 27" from the forward mount to the center pin. That'd be 1" farther back from stock. These were designed to be used with a 4" shackle flip and not end up with a saggy butt. The extra inch back just centers the rear wheels up in the wheel well.

i'll try to estimate size and weight and see if I can't get some numbers from UPS.

The UPS site is jacking me around. As soon as I have some numbers I'll post them up.

I've been trying to track some stuff, and says to try later. Well, it's been later for like 4-5 days now.....lemme know...

I dunno if you can find a better deal, but Fedex's slowest service is still $234.00 coming from 98230.

that's pretty damn pricey in my book...

That was for 4 springs BTW.

Shipping weight is 60 lbs per spring, 48" x 4" x 12".

Crap, figures. Little bit more than want I can spend. I don't even have my hangers built yet......

When I was looking to ship some springs, I called Alcan to see how they do it since they do it all day long. Tom pointed me in the right direction. He mentioned that instead of separate shipments for each spring, do multiple packages under the same shipment. There's a price break once you hit a certain weight.

That was multiple packages in the same shipment...:doah:

I'll keep looking for other alternatives, but if I can't find anything close to reasonable i may have to sell this more locally (WA state or BC)

Got a Zip code? ;)

I imagine it'll be around $125 or so...

Rene

No shipping on these. To get even a remotely reasonable shipping price i need to drive them down to Bellingham WA...and to be honest it ain't worth my time or my fuel.
