Alignment?

i know to set toe you just adjust the tie rod to make the measurement on the front and back of the tires...if you know what i mean

Caster you shim the axle at the springs. Camber you shim the spindle at the knuckle.They make round shims that are thicker on one side.
 
There are also offset upper balljoint sleeves up to 1.5 degrees which is more than you should ever need.
