All things Drag Racing.

Drag racing in February? Hell yeah. The Canadian Chuck Norris drives a 8 sec stick shift GTO from Calgary Alberta to run sickweek.

Guido is from Red Deer (An hour or so north of calgary), and I don't believe for a minute he doesn't have a truck or trailer as he keeps saying. I think he drives the Goat for his own reasons, one of which is that he can. It's proof its a legit street car. 3400 miles one way...the man is a savage!

This is a intense week, I was wondering where all the chat was on here then I stumbled across this thread… I should have known.

I want to go racing
Last year on drag week there was a lifted long bed square running with a nasty ls swap. Had 35’s at least and wheelhop for days! Reminded me of your truck!:haha:

I have had thoughts of lowering my K10 and putting an awd t-case out of an Escalade, but I would need to get a driver drop front axle.

No mass wheel hop it pops up when you wack the throttle but that’s about it.

We do have trophy girls though, you just have to win.

When we ran hot stocks & late models, there were no hot ladies unless you brought them with you.
The tow truck driver would take a pic if you wanted! :doah:

We ran a funny car in the old IHRA nostalgia series in the early 90's and they had contest for the hottest bugs. Dallas & Houston were easy to win, just visit the local tittie bars and hire a few gals... OKC, you'd have to import them! :saweet:

Did anyone notice the rear axle placement. My dad got new quarters from GM and made these openings. I do not remember how much they moved them. Was not much, but enough.

Lot of the old ones were that way.

That too  I didn't see that one at first.
Kinda like they just moved the body back that amount
