How big of a lift are you running on the pickle? I see you have 39s :D

Roughly 6" with the front axle moved forward 1.5". Rene (TRustyK5) is running a very similar setup and I pretty much copied his truck.

I hope it turns out alright, i dont wanna buy 42s and not have em fit lol :p:
Like the guys said, should be no problem. On my old '73 I had 7" lift and 42" TSL's and didn't trim as much fender as you have there. On the other hand my 44's hit my drag link when I turn on my '76,gonna have to fix that...

Walla you have a beast of a blazer man, nice work  Alright im pretty much settled with the 42s then, thanks guys :)

why stop at 42s? 44s are only 2" more!!hehe i didnt look, but do you already have zero-rates? that will also give you like another inch of lift in addition to the axle movement you spoke of.

is there any special reason why more ppl dont run 44s? it seems like alot of ppl jus go with 42s

The extra width of the 44's makes them that much harder to clear with a low lift. They're a good 4" wider than the 42's...
