Aluminum dash

As usual, you have mad skills. Any chance there will be a bolt-on option to just replace the factory dash pad?

That right there would be the ideal dash for me with the exception of wanting the dash to be like what he has for the gauges since i would want to install all Autometer gauges rather than the stock gauge cluster.

Not sure how doable that is. Some times its much cleaner to do away with the factory stuff than to try and build off of it.

Fortune is on my side tonight as I just stumbled over this while dealing through boredom and the wife's Oscars. Im as good as sold but would like to see it installed in an assembled cab . I'll assume the left side of the column follows the same lines as the right ? Also - It doesnt appear to be as deep as the stock dash panel (My eyes ?). Any further questions will be hashed prior to sale....

Thx

Any more pics ?

I haven't been on here for a while. Now I have more stuff on my list to get from you. Stop making so much cool stuff.:D

Kert, have you thought about making a removable face plate for the gauges? You know cut out the main area of the gauge cluster area and then make an overlapping plate that scews on. This would give the buyer a way to add or work on gauges without having to remove the assembly or lay on your back working from the bottom up.

I realize this would add a little to the cost but I think the ability to pull the gauge panel out and work on stuff would be worth it.

We have discussed it quite a bit. And really, cost difference is not major at all.

It is possible that it may make things easier to assemble as well.

Do you have any pics of in uninstalled? I'm curious about the back side, mounting, etc.. I have a cage that runs through the dash and wondering how it might interfere with the side mounts of the dash as well as how I might have to cut it to go around the legs.
