Heres what my fabbed shroud and taurus fan look like. The fan sucks some serious air, but the shroud could use a little improvement.

What year taurus fans should I be looking for? I am looking at doing the electric fan swap on my 84 blazer, and I have been looking at dual LS1 fans, but would kinda like to run just a bigass single fan if possible.

Early 90s with the 3.8 V6 Take a few pics with you, and make sure it is the dual speed, not the single speed, and you'll be good to go

Dual speed has three wires, single speed only two. Mine came out of whatever Mercury's version of the Taurus is, the Tempo, I think......?

how exactly did you wire these up. just ground and run a pos elec connection to it, or is there a sending unit that you wire it into. (im realy chitty with electrics) lol
