Anyone know of a vendor that sells aluminum tie rods? Looking to do cross over and possibly high steer. 75 k5 3/4 tons

I doubt you'll find any company making tie rods out of aluminum, too soft for the pressed ball / socket. If you're talking about the tube links then I'd try someone like @cybrfire (DIY4X) or @Deuling (Deuling Designs)

Seems like someone was producing aluminum suspension links. Maybe Wide Open Design or Branik(sp?) Motorsports?

Lots of guys make steel ones, just need left and right hand taps and the appropriate tubing. 1 1/4" tube with a 1/4" wall gives a 3/4" ID that a 7/8" tap will cut threads into, that's what a lot of guys are using for steel. I think ORD also has a 1 1/2" tube with a 3/8" wall that would be 3/4" ID. You can likely do the same with aluminum if you can get the appropriate stock. Taps are cheap on ebay.

Yeah im gonna go with offroad designs aluminum one since im going to be ordering their cross over set up anyways. Thanks for the help guys. Looking forward to getting my blazer back on the road and updating my build thread.
