Amazon removed access to my Account Still Charging Me

As you know I called Amazon in January I think it was and tried to close my account. They refused to do so. I stopped buying from them for months and just this week tried to login to see if I could get the movies that I bought and paid for and own, and to remove my credit card info and it says "There was a problem. We weren't able to Identify you. The email address you entered does not exist". So they are charging me until October for services that I cannot even get to.
When I called customer support they say, there is no account under that email address.

Looks like I have no choice but to call the bank and void my credit card. I have already read about class action lawsuits over this and that they were still charging users at renewal time even though they were denying access.
 
I realize now this thread does not belong in the garage
