10 to 12 qts , i saw 5w50 once awhile back. I liked it due to the wide temp range... where i plan to move summers 100+ and winters below 0. i figured it would be the best.
It would be going in to a 87 350cid K5. .030 over etc. Oil cooler , twin oil filters etc.
This is the Info I have for your truck . Amsoil Doesn't carry 5w50. As you can see here are the recommendations.
