nice clean car. decent performance. But I really don't like ANY newer cars!! I had a 78 riv. Now that was a CAR!!! las rear wheel drive version made. BIG old torquie 350 BUICK engine(also last year for that)

Car lot called about the 98 green Riviera we looked at. The dealer said they'd take her car and $5,500.00 . I think thats a awsome deal. Moms getting pissed off at me becouse she thinks I'm trying too pressure her into buying it. I told her it's her choice, but she's still mad at me. She doesn't seam to be able to understand it doesn't matter that it's the same year as her current car, it's lower miles, a much better model, and has been taken care of very well. The 98 Riviera has 50,965 miles on it. I'd like to see her get it, but it's got to be her choice. Green Riviera Kelley Blue Book value on this car is $9,650, they are offering her $3,500 trade in on her car Blue book on it is $2,425 , so we'd be getting the Riviera over $ 2,000.00 under value. /forums/images/graemlins/deal.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif
