Any thoughts? I've done a few of these now but apparently I'm not confident enough yet to just run it without asking someone else.

I don’t like that. From the pics it looks like the pattern needs to be a little more towards the root. Front or rear axle? If front, high or low pinion?
 
I'm in the middle of doing the exact same thing to my blazer in the front axle. I'm by no means a guru but you'll see my pattern on the 73-91 K5 section because I just posted it lol. I think you need a little more pinion shim. Maybe increase 0.005 or so and see. If that's too much you can always meet in the middle.
 
And this is why I didn't just run it... :doah:

Front axle, low pinion.

I'll add a bit more shim to the pinion, and see where that ends up.
