What do you mean by lowered t case. The spacer between the crossmember and the frame?

The way I lowered mine was to buy some longer bolts and some washers.
I put a jack under the tcase, unbolted the crossmember, lowered the case some, put some washers between the frame and the crossmember, installed the longer bolts I bought, and tightened them up.
Nothing real special about lowering a case.
