I believe so. It depends on you pcm and os levels. Early trucks used pressure switches for ac recirc, later models used pressure sensors and the pcm control. What pcm do you have?

I think you are on the right track.

Everything is from a 2002 2500.. 0411 PCM.
 
Ok. Got both fans to come on. Not sure if it was anything in the ecm or if it was the bad fuse connection he found :doah:.

Still getting hot though. The sensor read 140 before ever cranking the truck. It sits out in the sun day, but 140 :dunno:

That’s gotta be inaccurate. I’m in vegas and my truck bakes in the 110* sun all day and the “cold” temps are between 112-117. Trans temp, coolant, oil temp etc... all within a degree or two.
 
I've left my tools in the sun here in AZ, and burnt my hand picking them up. I did do an IR gun on them and remember them being 140's. But it was upper 110's at the time. I'd prob double check the senders.
