The Snap On site has 2 set part numbers (FFL72482028 @ $40.35 and DPFT531 @ $92.75) but no pic or description so I can't be sure I'm calling it the same thing they would. At the moment I only need a 3/8" punch but I might be interested in a set depending on what exactly you get.

Thanks. The price is really right but those look just like some available on Amazon under various names and they all have bad reviews for being soft, once use products. They may be different but the pic and set count / range is the same.
I have the harbor freight set, so you know they are soft, I punch on the hole punch lightly. Just enough to put a mark on the metal. Then use a better punch to make the the punch divot more useful
i looked on the digital catalog . there is a blue point set on there .
but I did not see any with those part #'s

#1 you listed is a 28 piece set of punches . no pics on his also . so cant be sure .
#2 is not a complete part # on his end to make it a set but does come back to transfer punch he said . just dependant on size . also no pics .

Ok, getting closer. Can he tell if they are US made or Chinese? Can he get individuals?

prob be faster to call snap-on . they do sell direct also . if not we see what we can do .
