Huh, looks like it had power put to it when it wasn't fully engaged.
the locright in my 60 was like that. Friend bought it off ebay and only worked one trip then quit. Looked just like that. he sent it in for warrantee (the guy who sold it sent him the receipt too) and got it back and didn't wanna deal with it so I got it for $200 and it has worked just fine for 3 years or so now.
