Anybody here own a deuce and a half

We use ours as a brush truck/off highway recovery vehicle on the fire department. Can't go wrong with it as cheap as they are.

Just Out Of Curiosity, Can Someone Post Up A Picture Of The 6x6, I Would Just Like To See What One Looks Like.

used mine in iraq for everything... since it was all i had. i want to buy one just to have. drive it to the store once in a while, paint it up all funky, wheel it now and then, use it on a farm... have to buy a farm also... they rock. cant break them... well.. we did put #6 through the side of the block.... but it still drove on 5 cyl once we made the fuel system work the same way.

Yes, we still run NDT's as they are what came on it from the state. Haven't had a reason to use anything else. These work just fine.

The one i put up Used to be a duece, it was shortend and an axle removed and 52 inch tires installed. Thing is a work of art.

Thats An Awesome Truck, Are They Really $6000.00

Usually less. That one is frickin' immaculate, so the price is higher than most. Usually in the $4,500 range. The gubmint auctions usually get between $2,000 and $4,000 for them, depending on what's on the back and how well (or if) they run.

Well I don't own one (although that crossed my mind a few thousand times) but I've had access to a few....
