Got a co-worker who grew up in Ohio and now wants to find an old truck he had back in the day. I tried asking a friend who works at the local DMV but she said she could only search in state. She suggested I ask the highway patrol of which I sent a friend a message and he replied he could not without alerting the NCIS since it would be an out of state search. He said it would be best to have someone in that state check for it.
