Anybody In Scottsdale AZ To Replace A Hyundai Water Pump?

I'm buying a GEM of a 1994 Hyundai Excel from Craigslist, and the water pump is pissing. I'm afraid to have it shipped to New England with just water in the block.

Any-body want a timing belt/water pump job? It's a very simple job as the car is not cluttered.
