Anyone ever put a 1977 blazer front clip on a 1991 blazer

Ok heres the dilema,My 1977 blazer frame was twisted so i managed to find on ebay a 1991 blazer tub on the frame.I took everything from my 1977 blazer and put it on the 1991 blazer mostly every thing bolted on,i had to do a few mods my question though i have the front clip on where the body mounts are my bolt is kinda diagional and it wont bolt up right.Anyone ever experiment with this.I was thinking of moving the mount forward a couple of inchs that seems like it would help but trying to get everyones imput.

Yes, I put a 77 clip on a 82. Not hte same but it is...haha.

The only difference is on the 91 you have to change windshiel wiper arms, adn remove the metal cover.

Some of the bolts didn't quite line up on mine either also.
