anyone ever re-drill 6 lug rims to 8 lug?

just a thought, maybe redrill for 8 lug then weld up the empty ones /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif seems do-able since they wont be seeing anything but offroad /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif Im thinking of a test set for fun, or better, ive seen rotors getting redrilled fine, and hubs too.

If you were setting it up on a machine and holding the center of the bolt pattern it might be ok. Concentricity is important between the rim and bolt circle.

dosent seem like 1/64 would matter though at 2mph crawlin /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif
