Not sure if that’s the one my friend used or not on his D60 but as long as the stroke/body length is correct and the shock eyes bolt up you’ll be fine.

I'm ready to pull the trigger just wanna make sure. I can't find one listed for an 84 1 ton specifically

If you were going with a hydro assist ram, it would be 8” stroke, so this should work in stock location for stabilizer (hi steer would use 6” stroke).

Ok guys I might be able to help here. I had Bilstien shocks and the complete lift kit from the folks in Colorado. Pretty good guys. So naturally one would want the stabilizer to match. Right. Are you with. So I ordered it well after my nice lift was installed with Bilstien shocks. Whoa, it arrived and low and behold, IT WOULD NOT FIT. So after multiple call to our fiends in Colorado they could not figure out why it would NOT fit. The holes in the ends were too small to slide over the studs that mounted this beautiful and nor so cheap Silver Bilstien steering stabilizer. So as you know the mountains points can be easily removed. I removed them, and put them in a lathe. Now the Silver stabilizer that matches my Silver shock is mounted and fits as it should have in the first place. Moral of the story the Bilstien stabilizer is NOT made to fit our square bodies without modifications. AND NOT ONE PERSON IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE STATE OF COLORADO COULD TELL ME THAT. So I did not take any pictures. And I would NOT recommend removing the rubber grommet in the ends of the shock. It is not easily done.

Ord shows a bilstein stabilizer on their tie rod page, but it does say Check Fitment! I’m thinking like tiger5 said, the bushing won’t slide over the stud.

Well it just so happens I got my 5100 stabilizer in late last night. Same number @skunked listed. It has a permanent mounted shaft on the one end. Not a taper to fit the tie rod. I can remove this but I have to look at the one on the truck and hope I can remove the shaft to swap it. Yes the rubber bushings are really tough to remove so fingers crossed I can make it happen. I'll update.

lots of replacement stabilizers have the straight threw bolt style with the spacer washer . some even give you a tapered cone to fill the hole .

this is NOT under major pressure as it just dampens side to side movement . so if you did not get the tapered style its no big deal .

I haven't been home to get a pic but it's actually a large stand off I'll get a pic of that too

I was going through the same investigation. It looks like the one for a 2003 Dodge 2500 might work. It has the tapered stud. The extended and collapsed lengths look like they will work. 24-164870 is the part number.

Post up your results if you end up running it. I already got the previous listed unit so I'm going to try and transfer the taper for now.

Just remove it and don't replace it. If your steering is in good shape then you shouldn't notice any difference.
