Front axle: Dana 60, ARB, yukon 4340's with CTM's teraflex hubs, 5.13 gears
Rear axle: 14 bolt detroit locker 5.13 gears, 1.5" wheel spacers

suspension: 6" ORD 14-inch-travel coilover system with sway-a-ways and hydro bumpstops. rear is 64 inch tuff country rear leaves ORD traction bar sway-a-way internal reservoir shocks.

tires and wheel: 39 inch BFG Krawlers on 17x8 trail ready beadlocks.

Because he has a Ford Dana 60.

Money shot

The Dana 60 is a 78/79 ford unit with chevy outers.

The original plan was for the truck to have leaf springs in the front. Then plans changed but the high pinion was still desired so they kept the axle the same.

The chevy outers was just cause that is what the majority of the vehicles at ORD run so spares are easier to carry for the group.
