I thought so too... I see it's out of Australia...
some of the used winches I've been eyeballing have no controllers, which is ok, cuz for now all I'm concerned with is the physical mounting of the winch...
And that price is just a bit more than most Warn controllers... Tho the Warns come up pretty reasonable on the bay too...
I've decided not to run the Ramsey 12000 I got as a freebie out front.. too hard to get a good hidden mount... gonna keep it for the rear, and buy something more condusive to hidden mounting.. pretty certain I'm gonna get an xd9000 for the front...
