fill plug on the my differentials. What size socket do I need to remove them? I have a 85 K5 with 10 bolts. Thanks in advance for any help.

I believe they should have a female square drive hole that a 3/8" ratchet will fit into.

Mine is square, but it isn't a hole...I can't find anything to fit it, I am new to all of this.

Yeah

I guess you're right, just stuck in there pretty good and the adjustable keeps slipping off.

on the pipe style I have found that you can take them off with a 12 point socket. If its rounded form using a crecent you might not get it to work. Specialty tool place or plumbing suply place will proably be able to get you the Square drive if you need it.

3/4" 12 point comes to mind, but its been a while
