Seems a little premature for that decision since we don't know what it is yet.

If you dont know who did the regrind on it, I would not run it. Unless you can get accurate measurements off of it. I have never seen a regrind with the numbers that way. They X out the originals and add the new very clear.

I need to get some better pics. I bought a lot of Vortec 350 stuff and he threw the cam in too. It came out of a nice engine though. Someone spent a little money building it. I am still 400 miles from home and will measure it as soon as I get back to the shop.

Have a degree wheel and some gages to check the lift?

Ok I made it back from that rough assignment and measured the lift on the cam. It matches this one and given the 395 stamp I believe it is a GM HT383 cam

They restamped it to try to hide the origin
