What others have mentioned is that these don't tie into the bottom or top leg of the frame. Problem with that being is the frame will flex where the bracket is mounted, if tied into another leg of the frame, the flexing will be reduced.
It may never cause a problem. But over time it is going to weaken that part of the frame and possibly crack it.
The harder you use it the more likely this is to happen.
Even the factory mounts tie into to more than one leg of the frame.
It addition the surface area that mounts to the frame is rather minimal, if you are only going to mount on one plane, your mounting surface needs to be quite large.
I think those brackets would work fine for just about anyone but eventually they are going to either break or break the frame.
