i just got my th400,203 and 32spln 205 today. got 'em all cleaned up and painted dissasembled the 203 and just curious about exactly what parts i'll need to reuse. is that an oil slinger next to the big helical gear on the main shaft? looks like a solid disk with a tab on it. does that go back in? i wish i had a break down w/ pics and such so i dont lose anything important. can anyone help me out here. thanks

oh ok thanks that answers it sweet. i forgot about them. there adaptor looks nice i like the idea of being able to clock later if i want. but i dont really want to have to run cable shifters. i wonder if ord triple shifters would work w/ nwf doubler?

I have the NWF triple stick shifters and they're rod end, not cable. I know they make cable, but they also make the regular style. FWIW, they work very well, top notch quality and material.

how much were they if you dont mind me asking?

I'd have to check my old invoices, and their site isn't being very helpful. :doah: I seem to recall it was $280 or so?
