Ran across a 1961 diamond rio today. Feel stupid for not knowing, they look like a rockwell axle but they have a big DTA logo on them.

Those are rockwell styled axles.
Diamond Reo did make the Military 6x6 for a while in it's early years.

This one is a 6x6 maybe the same platform? didnt find much info about diamond online. Maybe ill slap a motorhome on the frame with some 38s and make me a tow rig
fyi the older rio trucks had the weaker style front fhasts non ujoint setup. but can be swaped out to the newer style easy.
