Are you ready?!?!?!

Glad to hear your coming out all the way from Zoo. You'll be hooked for sure. Make sure you look me up when your out there. Not many Michiganders make it all the way out.

If not for the generosity of Eric, I wouldn't be coming....
And I'll look you up Dave....I'll be hanging with Eric pretty much.

it might be but its not the furthest away I have been before a Moab trip, truck is actually done enough to wheel right now. I think I found (and cured) all my leaks tonight and the cage has a couple braces and some gussets left.

Its all good feeling pretty good about where I am at with the truck right now :D

That sounds awesome Eric....see ya soon bud.

Another long night tonight, getting there, comfortable enough with where I am on the truck I may just do a couple extra things :D

Cannot wait

To bed at 2:30AM. One rear shock mount left. And figure something out with the york a/c. And change the rear leaf springs out if time allows. And check trailer over.

I thought i was:rolleyes: Just realized my steering wander is caused by a severe frame crack:eek1: Got a hold of ORD just in time for them to overnight a repair kit and brace:thumb:

Put the winch back on tonight. Fixed the rear spring bushings in my brothers explorer. He wants to wheel Saturday.

Replaced the speedo cable today, only to find out it wasn't the cable, now I think it is the fitting on the T case. Then replaced plugs and plug wires. Found 3 plug wires with boots cracked and broken on the plug, hmm no wonder it had a little miss, then after that realized my turn signals stopped working between last night and today. Oh well check on that tomorrow.

Tonight I decided to replace my inner axle seals, well they gave me the wrong seal. So I did some other stuff. Seat belts in, seats in, floor done, battery wiring ran, fuel line run. Rear hub seal replaced.

Well haven't decided which seatbelt for the rear, but I did put another bar in to give some more options.

Oh yah next week painting and hanging the skins back on. yah baby

Heading to my buddies body shop today to pull my rear bumper out.
I pushed it into the quarter last year on widow maker. I'll bend it again this year.
Welding the seams on the rear quarters that are coming a part at the doors.
Then just fix a exhaust bracket that broke. Load van, check trailer etc.

WOO Hoo buddy!!! Welcome to the trip. Get er done!
I spent all day at the body shop but we got it done.
Came home and unloaded almost all the plumbing stuff out of the van and loaded it with Blazer Bash stuff. Cooked Vinershintstal <sp> tonight. Awesome stuff.
See you soon. I think I'm going to fall over.....

went to open the tailgate on the Jimmy to clean the dirt out. It would not open all the way. Bumper needed to be straightened. Done.

Well, got a bunch more stuff done today. Time to call it and eat dinner, it's 9:00PM here (BBQ Pork in the slow cooker ;-). Got the van brakes adjusted, Wash it, cleaned the windows and armoraled the interior. Mounted a drink holder for Eric.
Pulled the rear wheels on the van and repainted the center caps, cleaned the rims, repainted some bad areas on the Blazer, repainted the bumpers, fixed & repainted the rear quarters and SO on. Shot time too. Still more to do!

Got the frame fixed and the brace in...still got a bit of wander so the box is going need to be replaced after Blazer Bash, tommorow I'll tune the carb in a bit and I should be good to go:thumb:

Those darn trucks hate to just sit around, don't they.
At least I got my tires on. Now, if only they made them round :doah:
They ride worst then the TSL's. Maybe they will be better after I break them in.
