I have an Art Carr th700 shifter (standard pattern) for sale. It is BRAND NEW and still in the original Art Carr shipping box and everything. Complete with cable and everything else you'll need, just like you bought it from Art Carr yourself. AC is currently selling these for $199 + s/h and I am offering to sell it for $195 shipped. Only reason I am selling is 'cause I decided to go with a th400 with reverse manual valve body... so I'll be needing a different AC shifter. lol! anyway, if you wanna get the best th700 shifter money can buy for a few bucks less than even the sale price, lemme know. thanks

I am in the market, keep thinking about this. Just comes at a bad time....

Also is it compat with the 4l60 (my 91 is designated as the 4l60.... )?

Art Carr parts catalog has the same part number for all three: 200R4/700R4/4L60E. Lemme know,

AFAIK, it will... but the thing on the shifter that shows what gear you are in won't be right. Not sure if you could replace just that part of the shifter or not. :shrug:

This is a good deal, I am running the same shifter and love it. Not sure if you are selling it with the base though? Bump for you.

You can change out just the plate on that shifter. I have a similar shifter (TH350) with a reverse plate on it and it comes out, and can be replaced. If all else fails, email Art Carr and they can help you out... Might save you a few bucks instead of gettting a whole new shifter.
