Bought a bundle of old PV4 Magazines from 1973-74...thought some of you might be interested in seeing some of these old articles and pics...I will post a little as I scan.

Cool pics, I just came across some of my father`s old ones also. They make interesting reading.

Looking at the chart in the first pic, the "locked up 4WD" outperforms the "Full Time 4WD"....
Is my NP203 "Locked up" with the Mile Marker kit installed?

Not at all, I`m thinking it`s damn sexy as well. I`d like to see what they did w/the M-715.

The staples in the magazine are rusted....better get ready to pull them out and sandblast them, spritz some Ryoken Green and paint them...:haha:

Fun stuff! I particularly like the suburban one!

I like the charts....9 mpg....that was when gas was 37 cents a gallon

and on the Blazer chart...they even measured the interior noise....70 something db.....that's LOUD!!!

I guess everybody already knows, but you can click on the picture, then click on it again and it will open in a separate browser page with a little magnifying glass with a "+" sign in it...if you click again it gets HUGE....you can read it real good then.

Well, in technical terms, yes.

But that quote was made in referral towards the part time 205 being in gear.

Now that your 203 has been converted, it would be more comparable to the 205 but no matter what, its always gonna be a 203 and be all that dead weight.

I didn't need to read this article...the Brody Blazer is awesome...NP203 and all....who cares if some guy back in 1973 decides he can't tell the difference...
