as promised...new pics of my 83 on 38's!!!! tell me what you think!!!

VERY nice! I wasn't aware they made trucks without rust. So it was an option or something like that??:haha:

absolutely man...yeah, i plan on hitting zero rates up front and i think ill be fine(for now) and doing a shackle flip and losing the 3in block in the rear. that should bring her up about anotehr inch front and back. they don't rub at all on road now, but offroad is a whole different story. haha.

best decision you'll ever make if your like me....i could easily afford my z71, but i always wanted one of these...and now no payments, and my insurance wen't from 230/month to 71bucks for full coverage...that's nice!!!!
especially when your 22 and trying to buy your first house.

one more compliment for ya, thats a sweet truck. I have an 86 longbox that over the next several years my evolve into somthing like that. Of course after I get everything on the blazer done:rolleyes:

sounds exactly what i have planned to save money and have a badass truck as well. I am right in the same as you were, so i cant wait to get the truck and get rid of this one i have now.

The money alone should be about an extra $400-$500 a month, more money for modifications!:D

haha..that's true...but the "mod for the money" is way better on these trucks compard to that IFS SH*T
(im sorry i spoke of it solid axle gods!!!)

basically about 1300bucks will get you a lift for a crappy excuse for an axle(IFS)
but on these trucks, that's a dana 60..the holy grail of chevrolets.

see what i mean, the list goes on and on and on. good luck with the sale man...i wish ya the best.

your truck has inspired me. I pulled mine in the shop yesterday, and started ripping it apart to get the paint done on it. Sweet!
