people help you A LOT more when they see your a member. they will go out of there way for you. people have given me free stuff like DVDs and parts just because i was a member. plus you can sign up to win 50 bucks every month which i won my second month being a member so i made money. plus you can buy/sell things and get into way more places... and pictures are Worth 1000 words.... and $25 IMO. but you dont seem to post alot so maybe it wont be worth it to you.

Not really a "poster". Built everything on my rig out of knowledge that I gained in the past. Not much new hear. Dont get me wrong, lots of good ideas and people here though. Only wish I knew of some of them around colorado. Absolutely sick of wheeling when I am the only blazer and all others are jeeps. Most of the jeep guys suck. Most complain that it takes a little more room for my K5 on the trail. Funny that they always look to me to pull them when they get stuck.

yea i can understand that. haha but yea this place is not for everyone i just remember i was always frusterated b4 i was a member becuase there was so much i could not do.

Its always great to learn. Keep learning and trying. I have been reading threads for awhile and am sick of hearing people bringing their older rigs to a mechanic. These things are so easy to work on and modify if you just get a little knowledge.
Membership also opens up the regional forums for you. The Rocky Mountain region is chock full of guys from Colorado, NM, AZ, and a few others. They're quite active and wheel a lot. I think "MrK5" is the moderator in that forum, and i know he wheels a ton. Hell, the owner of this site lives in CO. Great guy, although i think he recently had to sell his wheeler.
That might be reason enough for you...Lord knows I'd rather spend $25 once a year than have to wheel with Jeep snobs. I quit a local club because of guys like that.
Also, you seem quite knowledgable...perhaps you'd get more out of this site if you shared more of that. Add a few pic's, get to know a few of the less experienced guys etc etc. The membership keeps the site from being over-run by asshats looking to play the "E-bully".

i agree with all of them, i plan on gettin my membership this month(waiting to pay off other things first lol) but like stated above, this site is full of local people. i love my fullsize and i know the local group i joined is in love with little yotas and thats not for me, so thats why i love this site!!! i am def paying my 25!!!
