What does the numbers on the side of the tire represent??

21x8x9

I know tall size and rims ize and width... but in what order??

its time to buy new tires for my 5 year old 4-wheeler, with factory tires!!!

what kind of four wheeler are they on? And what size. Every now and then we can get rejects from work. Sometimes for as low as $10 on a wheel. Looks like about the same size as a bear tracker. If the 21x is what size you need. I have no idea about how to ship though. If in no hurry and you know something about shipping then maybe i can see.
