axle and suspension swap????

New member first post. First I am automotive technician so theres not much on a vehicle I cant fix. That being said I have the drivetrain from my 71 gmc truck which consisted of 76 dana 44 and a ff 14 bolt with 4.10 gears. It had a 6 in lift with 52 in springs in the rear and 35 in tires. Now my question is will the lift fit on my blazer because I know that the axles will but what about the springs?? Thanks for any help.

what year is your blazer? if its a first gen 67-72 the springs from your 71 truck will work. if its a second gen 73-87 i think it will still fit. the springs should be 52" long from eye to eye in the back.

sorry wasnt thinking my blazer is an 88. I was paid to buy it couldnt turn it down

as long as it has 52" rear springs which i believe it does, they should fit.
