ok gonna eat lunch, here is the progress so far.
fuel tank back in, flip completely done, skid plate painted and back in, shocks done, ubolts torqued to 150 ft lbs, so the rear end is complete besides new gear oil and drive shaft.

thanks! just ran into a little problem. I took a radiator from an 85 and put it in here but the upper radiator hose is smaller on the radiator than on the 75 
but after talking to throttle chris and checking rock auto web site looks like if I get an 85 hose it should be two different sizes, so that should work.

Ok here is some more progress. Put radiator in from an 85 k5 but had to get a different upper radiator hose because its 2 different sizes on the hose. Got the trans cooler in and hoses to it, new battery, all shocks are on, whole thing cleaned out ready to mount the cage in, and got a new positive battery cable but ran out of time to get it in. Oh and I had to notch out the grille to fit the trans cooler
just so everyone knows, a 4 inch lift and 31's will fit with little trimming.

Ok fellas here is what I need. I still need a th400 torque converter cover, anyone have a hook up at an exhaust shop?, anyone with a hook up on drive shafts?, hood hinges that aren't sprung, ghetto blaster if anyone has an extra, steering stabilizer shock the whole thing bolts and all, and I need the felt that goes on the door for the window to go up and down in, Ill think of some more and keep the list going.

Why did you trim the grill to clear the trans cooler when you could have trimmed the trans cooler to fit the grill?
hmmm dont know how that would be done but I just had to grind out about 1/4 inch off the back side so it would fit around the cooler. took 15 minutes with a grinder and a flap wheel.
I guess I could have taken the ac condenser out and set the cooler back in farther, but I'm not 100% sure I'm gonna ditch the ac.
Oh yeah forgot, Manchester lost

got my twin stick parts, hope to get that finally dialed in. Hey Hoby those seat mount thingamajigs you gave me, I think I can get them to work on here.
T Chris I will get you measurements this weekend to see if any of your front drive shafts will work. Truckndouch would have came through on all of this if you guys didnt piss him off.
