And don't get me wrong, I am not attached to my trucks like some of the guys here, I go for years without even looking at them, I just don't see the need to sell unless I need the money, I don't sell them in anticipation of possibly needing the money.
I have some projects that have been in the garage for 10 years, and only moved on tow trucks when I moved from home to home, I still will not sell unless I need the money and it has to be for good $$$.
After all that's all they are to me, investments, not expenses.
I have never lost money on any vehicle.
One vehicle I broke even, counting insurance, registration, gas, and any repairs I did during the 2 years of ownership.
