Back In the Saddle Again

Lack of oil maybe? I’m wondering if I was loosing fluid somewhere maybe? The trans leaked all the time but not the TCase. There isn’t much for adjustment as far as the fork riding on the hub so I’m really confused. Is there a stronger replacement? I think I used the $10 ones last time. To me it’s like the fork is too far into the hub I’m wondering if there is a shim behind the selector arm pushing the fork to far into the hub possibly? We will find out.
 
I think it definitely looks not normal to me, that is accelerated wear that wouldn't last much longer. It appears there is some pressure the entire time, not just when necessary.
 
Everything looks fine. I guess it’s possible the linkage was a bit out of adjustment? That’s the only thing I can see possibly causing the issue. I can’t remember if I changed the plastics on the mode fork when I rebuilt it or left them as is. Prior. Hub on planetary only goes on one way. I’m stumped. The fork I replaced and its plastics look brand new. The hub on the planetary looks fine. Hmmm
 
Got the transfer case back together with new plastic on the mode fork. Idk how that thing got so chewed up. I pulled the gear selector as tight as I could against the housing. Hope that does it. There is no shim or anything that would add pressure there so I am still not sure what happened there.
 
Trans assembly installed, Pedal assembly installed, master cylinder installed.

Just need to figure out the plumbing to the slave cylinder. I know there is a fitting for it out there somewhere. I’m just going to make my own steel braided lines for it.
 
Pretty sure those look like the ones we used on mine. Don’t have the part numbers in front of me but they are in my build thread.

Do you know about what page#? I need to figure out what fitting I need for the slave side

That’s exactly what I used on the internal slave in mine. @K5Devil if you are using an external slave this won’t work. I believe the external slave has a simulate threaded connection like you had on the clutch master cylinder side. But not having set up an external slave, I’m not 100% on that so don’t quote me there.
