Back In the Saddle Again

Guy didn’t know what the ratio was. He’s been hanging on to it for like 40 years

Idk I can’t tell they look so similar

This did measure the same axle diameter as another known D44

Has 8 lugs, but doesn’t have passenger flat top knuckle. Does have stock 4.10 gears.

Code on the tube is y9 G0 1061

Where are you guys mounting these brackets in the rear. The front is self explanatory but the rear I’m not sure of also, the pic that’s floating around was not correct for these seats. I should have just built them to the seats lol lost of rework was done :rotfl:

Also I built it in such a way I can flip the brackets around which moves the seat assembly 6” forward or back depending on the placement of the brackets. So if I know I’ll be toting around adults I can flip them around and give more rear leg room. I can also turn the seat to face backward which will be great for camping trips. Cost is about $120 in metal and fasteners. I paid $50 for the seat. So $170 in total for the build plus a couple hours. Do yourself a favor and just build the brackets to the seats not off a drawing floating around on the internet.
