Back In the Saddle Again

just wondering some of the reviews said it showed in the pictures but didn't come on their part. Mine had new seal.

Well, my front axle swap has hit a road block. But it’s a good road block. We got slow at work and everyday my boss is pestering me about painting the K5. So today I’m beginning sanding off all the rattle can. Either going with silver or white. Leaning more towards white because I can do a single stage and fix trail rash way easier with that color. Still undecided. Took a DA to the rattle can on the quarter and there is barley a coat on this and they didn’t use primer. I should have this sanded fo bare metal in no time really.

Any surprises ??? Yet. I couldn't even begin to guess what the PO might have done.
There’s no damage anywhere yet. Got lucky he didn’t use primer rattle can because this is coming off way easy. There was some surface rust under the factory paint though on the right rear quarter.

Better than mine. I’ve gotta drop to 0psi to fit and even then it scrapes about 3/8”.
Yeah it was funny. My last truck at my old house. I swapped the 35’s for 37’s in my garage and then realized I couldn’t get the truck out of my garage hahaha

Hence the 0psi on mine haha. I’m contemplating dropping to 35’s just so I can drive it in and out easily. Would look odd with one ton axles but I’d never break them and with the 4.88’s it would be a blast to drive.
