Back In the Saddle Again

One of the techs at work got a new top hutch so I picked this up with the plans to install it in the back of the blazer but it ended up being 1/4” too wide to fit between the wheel wells. It’s also way too deep idk what I was thinking haha probably going to sell it but thought I’d share how I got it out.

Awfully trusting of that little strap:eek2:

Question:

I seem to have been reading way to much into the way back machine and may be getting incorrect information.

My plan was to get the ORD drag link and Tie rod and then supply my own TRE’s.

My steering knuckle arms are set up for 1 ton GM Taper Tie rods.

Now, do I just get 4 of the same part number or am I going to need 2 L and 2 R? Looking like guys were using a Dodge L TRE back in the day.

If you got some part numbers I’d appreciate it. I didn’t think it would be that difficult of info to find and I’m wishing now I would have just got the ends from ORD as well

You need two left and two right. The ORD ends are definitely a better design, I run them on both my rigs with no
Welp bit the bullet and picked theirs up. Was trying to save a little but honestly the prices are the parts store weren’t so different than their HD offering.
