im converting my back window to power and i need to know where the motor mounts up does any one know

If I remember correctly, your non power window has a scissor assembly which bolts to the rear gate, the power window motor is attatched to this scissor assembly which I think is different than the non power one but which bolts to the gate the same.

I started with nothing and I still have most of that left! - <a target="_blank" href=http://community.webshots.com/user/borregok5> Pictures</a>

I disagree with BorregoK5 just because the discription is too sketchy...
I did the power conversion. The previous post speaks of the suburban setup. I know that won't fit the blazer tailgate is a bit too thin. (I tried!) The motor mounts to the top driver's side of the tail gate and controls the "rotator"(for lack of better word at the time) by a cable. You must have a power scissor assembly and all of the wiring from a power tailgate. I have the wiring diagram that I made still if you are interested.

I actually got all my guts from a junk yard blazer...saw how it was assembled there and swapped it on in. LMC also does have good detailed breakdowns. I sure wouldn't buy everything new cost ya an arm and a leg!
