"Backcountry Limo"

Changed the build name. I'm on my phone so I'll search later to see if it was already taken.

List of things before Oregon get together on the sand.
Radiator
Electric fans
Diesel cab heater
Engine mounts
Steering shaft rework
Ujoints in rear shaft
Crosstie shackles
Change tranny fluid
Install tranny cooler
Change diff fluid
Headlight wiring
Gauges in cab
Auxiliary lighting
Winch control mounting and wiring
Roof rack or just light mounts

Not to bad right? That sucks. I better get a wrenching.

It's not a bad list if I had a normal schedule. I think I left out the rebuild Dana 60 part and new bearings for the 14bolt. I might wait till after the coast trip. It will have to be done before I go to Spokane in June though!

Went and picked up my radiator the othe day. I working right by the supplier so I just pulled in and talked to them. Got an all aluminum replacement.

I also got the lunnette eye or pintle ring for the trailer tongue. Picked out a tongue jack that will be removable. The pintle latch will be built into the rear bumper mounted above the 2" receiver.

I sure wish I could kick the guy who designed this engine cradle in the balls! ;) I just can't get my foot there. This is rediculous. Two hours in and I finally have one engine mounts back in.

It took me about twice that much time to get mine all together, so you are not alone.

I really like mine but it was a pain to put in.

Funny thing, now that it is in ,had to pull one of the mounts went back together great and quick.

Trying to upload from the phone. Think I'm gonna have to sync to the laptop later to get new pics up

Just cheap ass led kit lights with sticky tape holding them to the cross bars for now. Wired to the factory harness. They work pretty good.

Sneek peek! I couldn't wait to post this one. More to come after this weekend. I was upset about having to slam it together and don't like some details so far. I can change it later. This is just cool! :D

Staying open. Ultimately be set up like an adventure trailer would be.

My alternator and battery is giving up the ghost. No reserve capacity left in the battery and the alternator amperage is fluctuating to the point the rig runs like crap. Put a battery charger/jump cart on it and the engine runs smooth as butter. I didn't have my big load tester at home so tonight I'll put the carbon pile on it.

130 amp alternator for $100
Intimidator AGM battery for $150

Waiting for me to pickup when I get back to town today

Had a great trip this last weekend. No major breakdown for me, but I do have a list of to dos.
