Last summer I did it. Its home brew brand as always. You know I dont like paying top dollar for something I can build or make. It's simple and works. I dont worry about rubbing trees or branches.

Well this is a sad day. One month shy of 10 years. This is the last post for the build of the Limo. I had yet to measure the flex. At least not that I had remembered. 41" before the rear lifted. I've obviously done plenty of trail testing and knew that it worked. Beings that the design is going under Sasquatch. I wanted to get a good look at what could be improved on. Sasquatch wont ever flex this well, but I can learn a lot from the build.

Not to many fullsize rigs get flogged on as hard as this girl did. I traded the maroon barn door cab for some tools. Doubled my money on it and wasn't gonna get started on the build anytime soon. So, my focus will be the 92 CCLB we call Sasquatch. I'll resurrect the Limo name later when funds and time allow. Brycen is already asking for a suburban.

Its official. The old beast is on its way out. If you didn't know, Sasquatch got the axles and suspension pieces. Transfer case shifter probably. All the lights went to the work truck build.

Its pretty sad to see it just sit here, so its time to move it on. I posted in the classified section. Ill sale the whole shell cheap really. If it doesn't sale in the next week or two, I'll haul it in. I won't have time to bring it back to trail worthiness for years to come. I've got a lot of other things on my plate

Bring a trailer. Ill help load it up. Its a real catch 22 for me. I needed the axles and springs. The body is at the point where long distance travel ment it needed all new seals and sound proofing. I flogged on it for 10 years and would park it in the field when done. It wasnt originally built to be my long term rig. It was supposed to be a R&D vehicle when I started my shop years ago. When I went back to the dealership fulltime, we just started using the Limo. Next thing we knew it had been 10 years and probably 15 to 20k miles. Hard miles at that. Ill miss having it as an option come hunting season, but with the direction my life is going right now. Its a hard decision that has to be made. If I store it in the back behind the barn, it will be rotted out in no time. At least this way it can give life to other projects and who knows, maybe someone has an interest in keeping this one alive in some fashion.

Yeah I've burned through plenty of vehicles in my time. I'm currently trying to make the handful that I have all into useful vehicles for different purposes but it's hard when life changes.
